We are a family of three who love adventure, travel and the outdoors, the beach being one of our favorites. We have so many family memories shared on the beach throughout our own childhood and now with our own little family. Chasing the waves, building sand castles and looking for the perfect seashells. A competitive game of miniature golf and a relaxing dinner completes the perfect day for our family vacation. We have always enjoyed the relaxation and peacefulness the beach brings.
Our love for the beach and family brought us to the beautiful town of Surfside Beach. Early in our marriage, we discovered Surfside Beach while looking for a slower pace and less crowded beach with close proximity to Myrtle Beach. We immediately felt the calmness and stress free living that vacations should offer while also feeling safe in the community. We knew Surfside Beach is where we wanted to vacation as we started our family. After many vacations over the years to the beach, we decided it was time to look for a rental home that we could use as a family and open our doors to welcome other families like ours who enjoy making memories at the beach. Our obvious choice was Surfside Beach when the search began.
We are happy to have found an 8 bedroom home with its own private pool walking distance to the beach. Its location and close proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, golf, etc. made this home the perfect choice. The Coastal “N” is perfect for family vacations and getaway with friends. The house offers 3 sitting areas that allows space for families and friends to spread out comfortably and preparing meals in two kitchens. There are no lines for sharing bathrooms as there are 7 1/2 bathrooms in the home. Nestled between Myrtle Beach and Garden City in the town of Surfside Beach, the Coastal “N” allows our guests many options for restaurants and entertainment with just a short drive. Relax in the private pool with plenty of seating for all the guests.

Why Surfside Beach?
Through our travels, we have visited beaches up and down the Carolina coast, but always found ourselves gravitating back to Surfside Beach.
When we first visited Surfside Beach, we fell in love with the quaintness of the town. We are close enough to Myrtle Beach to easily take advantage of the shopping, restaurants and other family activities in Myrtle and North Myrtle, yet far enough away from the “hustle and bustle” that you sometimes forget you are on the Grand Strand. Some folks like desolate beaches and some folks like to be “in the middle of it all”. Surfside Beach is that happy medium!
What makes the Coastal “N” unique?
We were “in the market” for a beach property for many years, but nothing fell into place…until we found the Coastal “N”. The Coastal “N” fills a gap often seen in beach rental communities–a large home that can accommodate a large family or multiple generation family gathering. With over 4,700 sqft, 3 separate living spaces, 2 kitchens and 8 bedrooms, the Coastal “N” can accommodate your entire family under one roof.
This house differs from the majority of other beach properties in the area, in that, the floor plan is not “open”. We can accommodate your whole family, but if you need your own space, this house has you covered. The common space allows you to be “together”, while the 3 separate living spaces allow you to “get away”. Let’s face it, we all love to be together with our families, but sometimes you just need to get away–even at the beach.
Our favorite thing about the home is the outdoor space and the proximity to the beach. The pool is very large for a beach rental (13′ x 28′) and goes from 3.5′ to over 5′ at the deepest point. It has multiple ledges for sitting and relaxing in the water and a “lip” that goes around the entire parameter of the pool to help little ones get out. Throughout the day, you have a mix of sun and shade. The outdoor dining table is shaded virtually all day and the side of the pool closest the home gets a good bit of afternoon and evening shade. It’s a perfect balance of sun (if you want it) and shade (if you need it).
Our little guy loves the kid’s reading nook, “Pirate’s Cove”. The previous owner wanted “a closet in a closet” to hide luggage and other seasonal items. We’ve turned this space into a reading nook complete with with books kids can use while at the house. Kids need a vacation, too. This space offers kids a quiet place to read or “take a break from their parents”.
We are the third owners of this property, but the first to rent it as a vacation rental. It has always been someone’s primary home. Come see why we love Coastal “N” and let us help you make fun beach memories that will last a lifetime!
